We are excited to announce that Langham Industrial Controls (LC) has recently undergone an employee buyout and is entering an exciting new chapter in its respected history. Founded 28 years ago by Nigel Langham and his wife Claire, LC has been an integral part of the water industry, known for developing highly accurate flow meters and related supplies. Their dedication and commitment have positioned LC as a leader in the field, and we deeply appreciate their visionary leadership.
Now, it is time for a new era. Under new ownership, LC will be bringing renewed energy and innovative approaches to our business. We are thrilled to introduce our new Commercial Director, Bob Cadby, who will join the existing dedicated team members, Krzysztof and Darby, to drive this transformation forward. Although stepping down from ownership, Nigel Langham will continue to provide technical and development support, ensuring the continued excellence and reliability of our products. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Nigel for his unwavering dedication and invaluable contributions over the years.

Darby is dedicated to helping customers find the right solutions at Langham Controls. Taking over the business in 2024 was a big step, but it’s been an exciting journey, building on its legacy while strengthening industry relationships.
Previously a classic sports car mechanic, Darby brings a hands on, problem solving approach to every challenge. That same attention to detail and appreciation for quality engineering continue to shape her work today.
Outside of work, Darby enjoys skiing and going on adventures all over the world.
Krzysztof ensures manufacturing runs smoothly at Langham Controls, expertly handling the lathe and production. He started his career as a chef but developed an interest in engineering and decided to learn CNC machining, marking the start of his journey in precision manufacturing. His attention to detail and skill now drive his work.
He takes pride in delivering high-quality products as part of a dedicated team.
Outside of work, Krzysztof loves good food and spending time with his dog.
