Darby is dedicated to helping customers find the right solutions at Langham Controls. Taking over the business in 2024 was a big step, but it’s been an exciting journey, building on its legacy while strengthening industry relationships.
Previously a classic sports car mechanic, Darby brings a hands on, problem solving approach to every challenge. That same attention to detail and appreciation for quality engineering continue to shape her work today.
Outside of work, Darby enjoys skiing and going on adventures all over the world.
Krzysztof ensures manufacturing runs smoothly at Langham Controls, expertly handling the lathe and production. He started his career as a chef but developed an interest in engineering and decided to learn CNC machining, marking the start of his journey in precision manufacturing. His attention to detail and skill now drive his work.
He takes pride in delivering high-quality products as part of a dedicated team.
Outside of work, Krzysztof loves good food and spending time with his dog.
Danni joined Langham Controls with a background in management and customer relations, bringing strong organisational and communication skills to the team. She now works within production, developing hands on technical expertise and learning new skills including soldering and calibration. Her enthusiasm for learning and attention to detail support the high standards of quality our customers expect.
Outside of work, Danni enjoys everything food related, keeps active through running, and loves going bhangra dancing.
